We accept orders by post, by email, on-line via our website and by telephone. Any written orders must include the card holder's signature.

Payment:

We accept credit/debit cards, cheques and postal orders for orders made by post. Please note: cheques have to clear before the goods are dispatched. We accept credit/debit cards only for orders placed by fax, email, telephone and online via our website. Except in cases where a deposit is required or we are obtaining something specifically for you, we will debit your card when your order is placed.

Credit Payments & Instalment Plans:

We do not offer any form of consumer credit or instalment payment plans.

Accepted Cards:

We accept the following cards for payment: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (issued by a UK bank), Delta and Solo.

Distance Selling Regulations:

This applies to EU residents only. When a customer is not present during a sale, the sale is covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. See the DTI website for further information.

Nature of goods:

All goods are sold as novelty items only.

Age:

The products we sell are of an adult nature. By placing an order with us, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

Pricing:

All prices on our website and those quoted by telephone include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery is extra. Rubberluv reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and Rubber Luv reserves the right to decline to supply any individual, organisation or company, and give no reason.

Substitution of Goods:

We do not offer substitute goods without first seeking your permission.

Dispatch Of Goods:

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. In cases where we do not have an item available, we will advise the likely delivery schedule, which can be up to 28 days. This does not apply to special order and made-to-measure items. At the time of ordering these items, we will advise the likely delivery date, which may be longer than 28 days.

Delivery to UK mainland addresses for orders under 4Kg is usually by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders between 4 and 20Kg are usually by TNT Next Working Day, but alternatively may be sent by Special Delivery, ParcelForce or UPS. Delivery to EU and all world-wide addresses is dependent on the size, weight and destination. You will be advised of the costs prior to dispatch. For most overseas a signature is usually required when the goods are delivered. We are obliged to send orders to the card holder's billing address. All goods are sent under plain cover, with only our return street address - not our company name - on the outside.

Intellectual Property:

Specifications and designs of all goods supplied by us (including copyright, design right or other intellectual property in them) shall as between the parties be our property.

VAT:

We are not VAT registered.

Cancellation Of Your Order:

If you want to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible, so that we do not dispatch goods unnecessarily. For special order and made-to-measure items, this should be within seven days of the order being placed, so we can stop work being undertaken on your behalf.

EU residents have a seven working day 'cooling off' period to change their minds and cancel the order. This starts the day after you have received your order and gives you the opportunity to inspect the goods as if you had visited the store. You may not use the goods during this period, because if you cancel the order and return the goods to us, they must be in the same condition as when they were sent.

If you are rejecting goods after they have been delivered, you should advise us as soon as possible, either by telephone, fax, email or post. You are responsible for the safe return of the rejected goods. We would ask you to return the goods using a service where the package can be tracked. You will receive a refund for the returned goods within 28 days of their receipt, but you will not be refunded the shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for goods that have been correctly supplied.

Please note: the cooling off period does not apply to: made-to-measure items, software that has the seals broken and certain intimate articles, whose nature takes them outside the scope of the regulations. For further information, please contact us.

Faulty Goods:

Please advise us of any problem as soon as possible. This can be in person, by email, post, telephone or fax. We would ask you to return the goods using a service where the package can be tracked. We will usually arrange for a repair or exchange and also refund your additional postage costs. We would ask you to keep your receipt safe as a proof of purchase.

Contract:

When placing an order with us, you are entering a legally binding contract for the supply of goods.

Data Protection:

Any personal data you supply to us will be used only to process that order. We may need to retain this information in order to fulfil statutory legal obligations, but the data is not used for any purpose other than processing your order. We have a mailing list, which you can opt to join on our checkout page, but there is no obligation to do so. Please note: we are not able to process any order unless we are given a valid email address.

Cookies:

This site uses cookies during the ordering process. The cookie is used to associate your computer with your current order. The cookie remains valid for one hour and does not contain any information about you.

Privacy Policy:

Discretion is a by-word of our business. We do not disclose any personal data about our customers to any third party. You can opt into our mailing list, which is used to send customers information about new products and services, changes to our business or special events that may be of interest. Force Majeure:

Rubberluv shall not be liable for any failure in the course of this agreement if the same shall arise out of a force majeure event. This shall include without limitation government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting Rubberluv or its suppliers.

Applicable Law:

English law is the applicable law.

- The use of off line browser programs or utilities is expressly prohibited. Our website is quite large and is updated daily, so an off line copy would become out of date very quickly. The use of programs that gather a copy of a website take their toll on bandwidth, which can interfere with other customers visiting our site.
