Our standard delivery time is 28 working days, however, we will always endeavour to get your garment to you as soon as possible.  If you require the garment for a particular date please contact us and, where possible, we will arrange to have your garment ready in time.

Please note that the delivery time may exceed 28 days if colours outside our popular range are used. 

Rubberluv Exchanges & Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund our stocked items for an alternative size providing the item is returned unworn and in original sale condition.    Please refer to our size chart to ensure you choose the correct size.

If you choose colours from outside of our popular colours range we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Please note that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for made to measure or bespoke items.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for any items in our underwear range.
